Construction of the remover in the woodworking polishing workshop:
It consists of a woodworking vacuum cleaner host, a vacuum suction pipe, a vacuum suction socket, and a vacuum suction component. The woodworking vacuum cleaner is placed outdoors or in the machine room, balcony, garage, or equipment room of a building. The woodworking vacuum cleaner host is connected to the vacuum socket in each room through a vacuum pipe embedded in the wall, leaving only a vacuum socket the size of a regular power outlet outside the wall. When performing cleaning work, a longer hose is inserted into the vacuum socket. Dust, paper scraps, cigarette butts, debris, and harmful gases are sucked into the garbage bag of the vacuum cleaner host through the strictly sealed vacuum pipe_ Both people and time can be fully or partially cleaned, with simple and convenient operation, avoiding secondary pollution and noise pollution caused by dust, ensuring a clean indoor environment.
Selection of dust collector for woodworking polishing workshop:
Firstly, based on the function, purpose, building area, and site conditions of the building. Then determine the pipeline network, calculate the resistance loss based on the length and number of the pipeline network, and then determine the model and size of the woodworking vacuum cleaner.
Precautions for using dust collectors in woodworking polishing workshops:
1. Please cut off the power supply when using the woodworking vacuum cleaner for a long time.
2. Woodworking vacuum cleaners must be used in conjunction with dedicated suction ports, and direct use of hoses for suction is prohibited.
3. The woodworking dust bag is a disposable product. It is recommended that users clean it every 2-3 months, but it cannot be washed with water. The dust bag should be replaced with a new one every six months.
4. During the vacuuming process, if there are other things that need to be dealt with, the woodworking vacuum cleaner should be sealed off and not allowed to idle for a long time.
5. No debris should be piled up near the vacuum cleaner host, and a space (recommended 40-50cm) should be left for the machine to dissipate heat.
6. Except for replacing the dust collection bag, other parts of the vacuum cleaner body must not be disassembled or assembled without authorization to avoid damage.
7. It is prohibited to inhale dust with chemical corrosiveness, construction waste, etc. (such as lime, cement, and sawdust).
The dust collector in the woodworking polishing workshop is a new type of bag type dust removal equipment independently developed by our company based on China's national conditions. It combines the advantages of chamber back blowing and jet pulse bag filter, overcoming the shortcomings of insufficient cleaning energy of chamber back blowing and secondary adsorption of dust generated by simultaneous separation of jet pulse cleaning and filtration. It adopts offline cleaning method, which has the characteristics of high cleaning energy, good cleaning effect, low system resistance, long service life of filter bag, and high dust removal efficiency. It is widely used in dust purification in various industries such as furniture, building materials, metallurgy, power, and chemical industry.
